	The Customer Service Representative also makes sure they have copies of all necessary documents.
	The Customer Service Representative creates a new account and sends complete welcome packages to both the buyer and the seller. The welcome packages include an introductory letter, a personal identification number for secure, online account information access, copies of the signed agreement, and information about convenient payment options.
