NoteWorld LLC dba NoteWorld Servicing Center (“NoteWorld”) knows you expect privacy and security for your nonpublic personal information. We respect your privacy and are committed to treating your information responsibly.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
In order to perform the services you have requested, we will ask you to provide us with certain information, such as your social security number, bank account information, home address, and date of birth. We may collect this information from you over the telephone, via the internet, via e-mail or by asking you to complete a Sign-Up Agreement or other related document(s). We also may receive information about you from a third party that provided services to you prior to NoteWorld. At or near the time it becomes necessary to disburse a settlement payment on your behalf, we may also receive information about you from your creditor(s) or your Debt Settlement Company in order to complete the disbursement.

INFORMATION WE SHARE ABOUT YOU WITH OTHER THIRD PARTIES
The information we collect about you may be shared with other third parties, on a need-to-know basis, to perform the services authorized by the Sign-Up Agreement and to help you manage your accounts. To the extent we use any third parties to assist us in providing services to you and those services require us to disclose any of your nonpublic personal information, we will require the third party service provider to execute an agreement to protect the confidentiality of your information to the same extent set forth herein. The third parties with whom we may share your information, include:

  • Members of the NoteWorld family of companies
  • Your creditor(s)
  • Your Debt Settlement Company
  • Your bank or financial institution
  • NoteWorld’s bank or financial institution
  • Other parties that may assist us in providing services to you or that may help us with our business operations
  • Other parties with your consent or by your direction
We may also share your information with law enforcement officials, government officials, or other third parties when (1) we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal process; (2) we are required to comply with the law; and/or (3) we believe in good faith that the disclosure of your information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate a violation of your Sign-Up Agreement. For the purpose of marketing analysis, we may use portions of your information for internal statistical reporting on our client base. This type of analysis would not reveal any information that would identify you personally.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We maintain the highest standards of physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public personal information. In all cases, we will make a reasonable effort to limit the collection of information to that which is required in order to deliver quality service to you. NoteWorld will not sell or market your nonpublic personal information to third parties without your consent and will not share information about you with non-affiliates (companies outside the NoteWorld family of companies) except as otherwise set forth herein or as permitted by law.

FORMER CUSTOMERS
We do not share information about our former customers with companies outside our organization except as permitted by law.
